File a Dispute

If you’ve encountered an issue with your interactions or experience on our website 😕, don’t worry! You can file a dispute. Here’s how: 

Option 1: File a Dispute via Google Form

For quicker processing 🏃‍♀️💨, we recommend filing your dispute through our Google Form. Just fill in the details and we’ll get on it ASAP!

Option 2: File a Dispute via Email

If you prefer, you can send us an email to file your dispute 📧. Please make sure to include the following details to help us resolve your issue efficiently: 

  • Your Email: The email associated with your account 📩. 
  • Date of Incident: When did the issue happen? 📅 
  • Dispute Reason: Tell us why you're filing a dispute (e.g., service not provided, inappropriate behavior, fraudulent activity) 😤. 
  • Description of the Dispute: A detailed description of your issue, please 📝. 
  • Content URL (if applicable): If your dispute involves specific content, include the URL 🌐. 
  • Upload Evidence: Attach relevant evidence (maximum 10 files, 10 MB each) 📸. 
  • Additional Comments: Any other details you want to share 💬.

By submitting a dispute, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Giving false or misleading info may result in your dispute being rejected 🚫.
