 Intima Model Content Provider Agreement 

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Intima Model Content Provider Agreement. This agreement outlines the guidelines and requirements for uploading, sharing, and managing content on the Intima Model platform, operated under the Intima brand and Squid Media. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the platform. 

2. Legal and Ethical Requirements

All content uploaded to Intima Model must comply with the following standards:

  • Original Content: You may upload only content that you own or have permission to use.
  • Legal Content: All content must comply with local, national, and international laws.
  • No Minors: Content involving individuals under 18 is strictly prohibited.
  • Consent: All participants must provide documented consent in accordance with Intima policies. 

3. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

  • Illegal Content
  • Abusive or Harassing Content
  • Violent or Hate Content
  • Non-consensual Content
  • Intellectual Property Violations 

4. Content Creation Guidelines

  • Verification: Verify identity and age of all participants.
  • Consent Documentation: Maintain signed consent records.
  • Quality Standards: Maintain professional audio, video, and conduct. 

5. Content Management

Content providers are responsible for:

  • Regular Updates
  • Compliance Monitoring
  • Reporting Issues: Report violations to support@intima.cloud 

6. Content Usage and Restrictions

  • No Downloading or Recording
  • No Redistribution Without Permission
  • Respecting Privacy 

7. Reporting Content

  • Reporting Process: Report violations to support@intima.cloud or via the official contact page.
  • Review Timeline: Complaints are reviewed within seven business days.
  • Appeals: Appeals may be submitted through support. 

8. Content Removal and Appeal Process

Removal requests should be submitted via the official contact page or by email to support@intima.cloud.

Disputes will be handled fairly and in accordance with Intima policies. 

9. Consequences of Violations

  • Account Suspension or Termination
  • Permanent Platform Bans
  • Legal Action
